Situation :
This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and boasts exceptional views of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees, the saltwater lake, and the Corbières mountains.
You will have an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
A spacious terrace will allow you to eat outdoors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the marina and the Salses Leucate lagoon.
For parking, you will have a private space in the large car park located behind the residence.
As part of your rental agreement, you will have access to:
an aquatic area with 3 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and finally a water play area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that we will give you on arrival.
