You will be enchanted by the panoramic view, located on the 3rd floor, this apartment consists of an entrance with staircase leading you to a main room / living room with convertible corner sofa, television.
A fully equipped kitchen, oven, electric hob, large refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, beautiful opening onto a terrace with sea view.
Two bedrooms to the west are equipped with double beds, giving access to another terrace overlooking Corbières and the pond.
A bathroom with bathtub and sink.
Separate WC with washing machine.
Terrace with garden furniture, sea view. Shared swimming pool open in season.
Private parking.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over.
