The apartment is functional, with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a closet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
The main room opens onto a large terrace with a view of the Port.
Situation :
This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and has an exceptional view of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees, the marine lake and the Corbières.
A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outside, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting.
For parking, you will have a private space in the large car park located behind the residence.
As part of your rental, you will have:
an aquatic area with 3 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a water games area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet which we give to you on your arrival.
