ARCACHON, AUTUMN CITY – NEAR AIGUILLON AND BEACH.
Located on a quiet one-way street, this charming Arcachon-style house of approximately 60 m², spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a separate WC, a pleasant dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, three-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The comfortable and bright living room has a television and a corner sofa bed (140 cm). A pantry completes this level and offers ample storage space, with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, the landing leads to two attic bedrooms with Velux windows: a bedroom facing east, furnished with a 140 cm bed, and a second bedroom facing west, with a 140 cm bed and a 70 cm bed (sleeps 2). A shower room with WC completes this floor. Outside, you will enjoy a garden of approximately 70 m², complete with two terraces, offering total privacy. Garden furniture and a griddle invite you to relax in a calm and welcoming setting, facing west. This family home, in excellent condition, charms with its typical Arcachon style, original parquet flooring, and comfortable amenities: reversible air conditioning in every room and electric roller shutters on the Velux windows. The location is ideal: local shops (bakery, cheese shop, delicatessen, etc.) are 250 meters away, beaches are 750 meters away, and Arcachon town center is 2 km away. Free street parking is readily available. Please note: the adjoining house is also available for seasonal rental (ref. 419 – 110 m², garden, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6), allowing for stays with family or friends while maintaining your independence. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Available in the house: travel cot (for children up to 3-4 years old), baby bath, and high chair reducer. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
