ABOUT
This superb, charming, renovated residence, located in the heart of Arcachon and on the beach, will be the perfect place to stay for your vacation!
With a surface area of 240m2 on 3 levels and able to accommodate up to 12 people, this villa with its many assets will offer you an idyllic stay in perfect immersion in the Arcachon Bay!
Just a stone's throw from the Eyrac pier, you'll be just a few seconds from the beach and enjoy spectacular views of the Bay. The cycle path connecting the Dune du Pilat, the Moulleau district, and Arcachon is right at the villa's doorstep, making your bike rides much easier!
This historic villa promises you an unforgettable stay "with your feet in the water" where your only worries will be choosing which terrace to sit on, and what time to go to the beach.
VILLA LAYOUT
Enter the villa on the ground floor, where you'll find the entrance hall, laundry room, and separate toilet. You'll then arrive in the fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to cook to your heart's content. Next comes the spacious and bright 55m² living room, fully facing the beach and the private terrace, which also boasts a sea view.
Then access the 1st floor where you will find a superb master suite offering a sea view, with a queen size bed (160 cm) and private bathroom, with shower. Two additional bedrooms are added on this level, the has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second 2 beds *90 with its own private bathroom.
The second floor serves three other bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm). One bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the last bathroom is shared by the other two.
Pleasant and spacious, each of the rooms allows its occupants to claim a certain comfort, and their own privacy while favoring calm.
OUTSIDE
On the exterior side, not one but three terraces bring a touch of space and volume to the villa, which is completely turned towards the exterior.
A terrace facing south will allow you to sunbathe for a long time before heading to the beach. The second, on the Bassin side, will allow you to have breakfast or an aperitif while losing your gaze on the other side of the Bassin on the huts on stilts of Bird Island.
The third and final terrace is accessible by a staircase and overlooks the beach, allowing you to get there instantly thanks to direct and private access.
Each of these terraces has outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, benches and deckchairs) to allow you to live comfortably outdoors.
EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
The services available are numerous, notably thanks to the various exceptional terraces, their furniture as well as the parking space in front of the villa, which can easily accommodate 3 vehicles.
A Wi-Fi connection is of course available and allocated to the property.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
Marie, a local native, will be present upon your arrival to welcome you and introduce you to the villa. She will also be available during your stay for any special requests or information.
CAUTION
A bank imprint of €3,500 will be required as part of the rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your bank card usage limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
