This spacious 106 m² apartment, located on the fourth floor of a luxury building with elevator, can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby. Located in a prestigious residential area, this apartment offers easy access to Paris' main sites, while guaranteeing peace and quiet.

The apartment comprises :

- a double living room comprising a large lounge and dining room, with a large convertible sofa, television with Sonos audio, and a large furnished balcony offering a view of the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer combination, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed 160 x 190 cm and TV,
- a second bedroom with double sofa bed, large desk and TV, balcony overlooking garden,
- a bathroom with bath and shower, and a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet,
- separate WC,
- storage cupboards,
- fans, radiators and auxiliary electric heating available,
- Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with high-speed Internet access,
