Able to accommodate 2 people, my studio includes a living space composed of a lounge area with a convertible sofa; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; and a shower room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Wifi.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The location of the accommodation is ideal: in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, close to several places of interest, namely: Montmartre Cemetery (13 minutes walk); Clichy-Batignolles - Martin Luther King Park (15 minutes); and several museums such as: the Cité de l'Économie, the Cernuschi Museum and many more...
It is also located close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants and shops.
For your daily shopping, you will find an "Auchan Supermarket" a 3-minute walk away.
You'll be well served by various means of transport to explore the city and visit the tourist sites that make the capital famous! Notre-Dame Cathedral is 32 minutes away by metro; the Louvre Museum is 19 minutes away; and the Eiffel Tower is 25 minutes away.

The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois district in Paris. It boasts an excellent quality of life, both in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness, and calm. It boasts excellent public transport links and is just minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact an extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old-world French and bohemian atmosphere.
