This very attractive 39 m² apartment with exposed beams, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a luxury building, comprises :
- a bright, comfortable living room,
- a mezzanine with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher),
- bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, fan,

You will be able to access to the Panthéon in 5 min on foot, to Luxembourg museum in 10 min and you will have a theater at the foot of your building. Saint-Jacques street will delight you with its numerous restaurants, we advise you among others Le Risalé traditional restaurant.
