5DEMO54 - Collioure FAUBOURG sector - Come stay in this atypical apartment in Collioure located on the 3rd and last floor, under the roof, where you can come and enjoy your vacation on the front line in Collioure, facing the beach.
Apartment of 40m² + 18m² (height 1.80m), very well located on the front line facing the sea, in a typical fisherman's house in the Faubourg district.
Equipped for 5 people (including one child)
-Large living/dining room with a 90cm bed for a child/young teenager and a magnificent peaceful view of the mountains, Fort St-Elme and the vineyards
- Equipped kitchen
-Bedroom with 140 cm double bed
-Mezzanine with 140 cm double bed
-Bathroom: shower, vanity unit
-Separate WC
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
