Come and discover the TY SUNSET house with its breathtaking view. As soon as you enter the house, you will be amazed by the 240° view of the entrance to Portsall harbour and the Pors ar vilin vras beach.
The sea is also at the end of the garden with direct access to the beach. Located on a quiet street and close to Portsall harbour, which is within walking distance, it is ideal for a family or friends' stay.

From the entrance, one is welcomed by a warm and modern atmosphere. The vast living area bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows invites relaxation, with a cosy lounge area and a friendly dining room. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of good meals to share, whether inside or outside while enjoying the bar on the terrace. All these rooms benefit from a magnificent sea view, to observe beautiful sunsets or a stormy sea.

The house has five bedrooms, arranged to offer comfort and privacy to each occupant. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with sea view, its own bathroom, and a large walk-in wardrobe.
The other bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x190cm) and a water point.

Two other large bedrooms with double beds (160x190cm) on the upper floor complete the sleeping area, along with a room with two single beds (90x190cm) that will be perfect for children. A shared shower room will complete this floor.

Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with direct access to the beach, a fitted terrace with a sea view, ideal for breakfasts facing the sunrise or aperitifs at sunset on the rocks of Portsall.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

Ty Sunset is a house designed to enjoy holidays without constraint, with all modern comfort. Thanks to its privileged location and carefully planned layout, it perfectly meets the expectations of travellers seeking a change of scenery, nature and tranquillity, while remaining connected to the authentic charm of the Breton coastline.

You will discover Portsall and its surroundings, the wild beauty of the coastline, the port and its small shops accessible within a few minutes on foot. You can explore the coastal paths for nature lovers, the house is at the foot of the GR34. The CNPK, Nautical Club of Portsall Kersaint will welcome you for courses or rentals, or the famous surf club of Penfoul beach. You can also rent bikes from Les Frères Complices, electric or not, or simply stroll through the various shops, without forgetting to have an aperitif on the terrace of the bar "Le Kraken".

This house is managed by une conciergerie. We will be present upon your arrival to introduce you to the premises and advise you on your future activities, and also at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise it by recommending the best addresses!
We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, ... You will thus be able to feel at home!
