Discover this sumptuous new 350m² villa, a rare and unique property in the region, offering high-end amenities for an unforgettable stay. With its heated indoor pool and vast spaces, this villa is ideal for accommodating up to 14 people, whether with family or friends.
Upon arrival, you will be seduced by the large enclosed garden, designed for relaxation and leisure. The vast landscaped terrace is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor meals, while a boules court will delight petanque enthusiasts.
Inside, the living area, with an impressive area of over 100m², is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, with an adjoining pantry, is open to a spacious living-dining room, conducive to convivial moments.
The ground floor sleeping area consists of a sumptuous master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a dressing room, a private bathroom and a toilet. Three other bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200), share a bathroom and a toilet. An additional bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a cot, perfect for the little ones.
Upstairs, a dedicated children\'s area offers two interconnected bedrooms: one with three single beds (90x200) and the other with four single beds (90x200). This floor also has a toilet.
The house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your comfort.
The true jewel of this villa is the magnificent 32m² (4x8m, 1.60m deep) indoor pool, heated to 29°C all year round. Adjacent to the pool, a bathroom and a second private terrace with sun loungers invite you to relax.
