Come and enjoy this charming fully equipped house with family or friends only 100m from the beach!

On the ground floor, you will discover a large equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is open to a small living room equipped with a functional fireplace and which also offers direct access to the terrace. Crossing the corridor, you will find a second, more spacious living room equipped with a TV. From this living room, you can access the master suite located above the garage. This room is equipped with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The ground floor is also equipped with separate toilets.

Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one 160x200 and the other 140x190, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a play room ideal for children.

Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs or enjoy a pretty wooded and enclosed garden of 800m².

The house is located 100m from the beach and the GR34, ideally placed for hiking enthusiasts.
