Come and enjoy this charming, fully equipped house just 100m from the beach with your family or friends!
On the ground floor, you will discover a large, equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is open to a small living room with a functional fireplace and also has direct access to the terrace. Crossing the hallway, you will find a larger living room equipped with a TV. From this living room, you can access the master suite located above the garage. This room is equipped with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The ground floor also has a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of 160x200 and the other of 140x190, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a games room ideal for children.
Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, or enjoy a beautiful, enclosed, tree-lined garden of 800m².
The house is located 100m from the beach and the GR34, ideally located for hiking enthusiasts.
