Located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, the accommodation consists of:
a sleeping area with double bed;
a practical bathroom with shower;
a fully equipped kitchen;
a dining area with table and chairs.
You will particularly appreciate its peaceful atmosphere and its functionality.
During your stay, you will benefit from Wi-Fi, a fan, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its largest arrondissements, even before considering the immense Bois de Vincennes, which is attached to it. Aside from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon, and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs. The Coulée Verte, or footbridge located near Place de la Bastille, at the intersection of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following a former railway line that carried goods to the Port d'Arsenal.
