Beautiful 36 square meter apartment located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is ideal for a family.

Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, this apartment offers:
- a room with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a pull-out bed to relax after a day of sightseeing.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality.
For a most pleasant stay, you will have: wifi, television, microwave, raclette machine, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, fan, refrigerator, iron, oven, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is perfectly located near metro lines 4 and 6 and the RER B. The Alésia metro station, on line 4, is the closest and allows easy access to the central districts.
For your daily shopping, a "Carrefour Express" supermarket is a 4-minute walk away.

The 14th arrondissement is a large, largely residential area, but it also encompasses some of Paris's most famous attractions. The 14th is home to the Montparnasse Tower, train station, and cemetery.
