Welcome to the magnificent Tropical Villa, nestled on the heights of the prestigious residence "Le Legends Moorea". This exceptional villa offers you an enchanting setting, combining intimacy, contemporary elegance and Polynesian charm. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the natural isolation of this property, on the heights of Île aux Geckos, guaranteeing you absolute tranquility, far from the noise of vehicles.

Surrounded by lush vegetation, the Tropical Villa extends over a vast estate, offering a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of the majestic mountains of Moorea. You will be captivated by the changing shades of color of the landscape throughout the day, creating a breathtaking visual symphony.

With a generous area of 115 m², including the terrace, this contemporary villa was completely renovated in 2020, offering a modern and soothing setting for an unforgettable stay. It consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with mosquito nets and fans for your optimal comfort. In addition, a mezzanine with a kingsize mattress will allow you to enjoy a restful sleep, in a serene atmosphere.

The villa offers a bathroom with separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, for a practical and carefree stay.

The living room-kitchen area gracefully opens to the outside, allowing the gentle tropical breeze to gently caress you while admiring the panoramic view from the terrace.
