Just a five-minute walk away lies the wild and secluded Temae Beach, offering an exceptional setting for swimming and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. A little further on, you’ll discover some of the island’s most iconic beaches. One of Moorea’s most beautiful stretches of sand is located less than a kilometer away, while the legendary beach of Haapiti, a kitesurfers’ paradise, is only a 20-minute drive. From the nearby Tipaniers hotel, you can hop aboard a canoe to reach a motu, a small white-sand islet where a beachfront restaurant awaits for a laid-back and unforgettable lunch.

The bright, open-plan living room extends fully onto the shaded terrace and ocean beyond, blurring the line between inside and out. It’s a welcoming and peaceful space, ideal for reading, conversation, or simply admiring the lagoon. The kitchen, modest but fully functional, includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Portable fans are also available in the living area.

The sleeping arrangements are cleverly designed to accommodate families or small groups:

A master bedroom with air conditioning faces the lagoon, featuring a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and direct sea view — a true cocoon of tranquility.

A mezzanine level offers one double bed and two additional floor mattresses, ideal for children or teens. Two portable fans are provided.

A third bedroom, accessible via the bathroom, also features air conditioning and a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Calm and intimate, it's perfect for restful nights.

The home has one bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower — ideal after a dip in the lagoon or a hike through the tropical landscape. Practical and minimal, it mirrors the home’s natural spirit.

Outside, the shaded wooden terrace is the heart of the house. It’s where you’ll enjoy morning coffee as the sun rises, share meals in simplicity, and watch the stars appear above the gentle rhythm of the waves. A 3 x 3 m plunge pool offers a refreshing dip between swims, and you’ll also find an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided), and two private parking spaces.

The beachfront, wild and unfenced, begins right where the garden ends — a seamless extension into the sea.

AN IDEAL BASE TO EXPLORE MOOREA

The house enjoys a prime location for exploring the island. Just steps away is the Moorea golf course, offering oceanfront views for golf lovers. A short drive takes you to the stunning Cook and Opunohu Bays, perfect for kayaking, boating, or hiking.

By taking the inland road that connects both bays, you’ll reach the island’s volcanic heart, dotted with pineapple fields, fruit orchards, ranches, and scenic trails. From the summit, the Belvédère viewpoint delivers panoramic views that are simply breathtaking.
