60 m² T3 apartment, very cozy and very well equipped - on the 1st floor of a chalet with 6 apartments. Natural environment.
Dominant view - very quiet: equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, induction and gas hobs) TV lounge - toilet - bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor 1 double bed 140 X 190; 2nd bedroom upstairs (1 double bed 140 x 190 and 2 beds 90x 190) - on the mezzanine: 1 sleeping area (bz 160 x 190) and 1 rest area with small desk and reading area, west balcony.
Argentine Residence: Shops 800 meters away, pedestrian access via a terraced promenade (a few steps). Free ski bus shuttle nearby. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility in winter. Ski-in ski-out for good or intermediate skiers.
Large parking lot at the bottom of the residence.
Please note: Pets are not allowed (children with allergies). Tourist tax is extra, according to the current scale. Sheets and household linens are available for rental. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
