53m² apartment on the 2nd floor of the ROCHE NOIRE Residence in the Planay area of Arêches-Beaufort, with a beautiful sunny terrace, all comforts, beautiful cathedral living room.
This very pleasant apartment, furnished and equipped for 6 to 8 people, is furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style and is well-equipped.
The entrance, quite wide (with cupboard) allows access to a bright living room/kitchen with a beautiful high cathedral ceiling opening onto a south-east balcony and direct view of the ski slopes. Living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen television (TNT and ORANGE channels). WIFI. End of stay cleaning included.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave grill, filter and capsule coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, stone grill and dishwasher.
One of the 2 bedrooms is on the ground floor (1 bed 160) with window and large storage cupboard. The other bedroom (with 1 bed 140 + 2 bunk beds 90) is upstairs - also on the mezzanine 1 sofa BZ 140 allows an additional bed for 2 people - Baby bed.
Japanese staircase (staggered steps) to access the upper floor (Mezzanine in the lower part at 1.80m).
The bathroom with walk-in shower and sink is spacious - the 2 toilets, one with a washbasin, are independent, on each floor.

The balcony terrace, equipped with garden furniture, allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the Adret and the mountains and soak up the sun's rays. On the ground floor of the residence you will find the ski locker and shoe locker with a washer-dryer.
