A real little corner of paradise for this apartment benefiting from a very pretty view of the village and the mountain, calm and relaxing, with a wooden terrace where it is good to live sheltered from the wind and prying eyes. The living space (wooden parquet, slate floors) is very warm and offers great fluidity between the dining area, the perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), the living room with television (very comfortable sofa, the office space/rest area (with 2 90 cm pull-out beds) and the closed couple's bedroom (access to the bed by a wooden step).
An entrance corridor leads to the bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and washing machine) - separate toilet.
The apartment is located on the slightly elevated ground floor of the Roche Plane residence, overlooking the village on the southwest slope. Family-friendly, with an entrance hall, a boot room, and a ski locker in the garage.
You're just a 5-minute walk from shops and amenities. In winter, the free ski bus stop is 80 meters away.
You can park your car in a private parking lot and also benefit from one outdoor parking space. Underfloor heating is available.
