Semi-detached house to the owner's house in the farm estate with our animal friends. On one level, you will enter through a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, open to the living/dining room, with a sofa, a television and wifi. You will have 3 bedrooms, a 1st bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 including 1 bunk bed, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190, a 3rd bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190. A bathroom. Separate toilet. Central heating.

Shared chlorine swimming pool (Dimensions 5mx10m, depth from 0.95m to 1.55m, open from the end of April to November, cover, security by door and barrier).
Baby equipment available upon request: high chair, bathtub, travel cot. Come discover a 6-person gîte near Bergerac and Sarlat between the Pays des Bastides and the Dordogne Valley. You can visit our castles (Les Milandes, Beynac, etc.) as well as our numerous caves. You will enjoy the summer events: farmers' and gourmet markets, old-fashioned threshing festivals, and much more. You can hike on the marked trails, swim in the Dordogne, and enjoy beautiful scenery.
On our property, enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful fortified town of Beaumont du Périgord. This cottage has been restored in the Périgord style.
Your children will enjoy participating in farm life with dogs, cats, ducks, geese, turkeys, and sheep.
