In this cottage, you will enjoy a kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, open to the living room with a fireplace, television, internet and the dining room. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electricity included. End of stay cleaning €70. Sheets €8/bed/change. Bathroom linen €8/person/change. Heating €5/day. A peaceful stay in this beautiful property with a private pond (no-kill fishing, back bass, carp..., swimming prohibited, pontoon with possibility of picnic). Also enjoy the shared swimming pool (unheated) with 2 other cottages for 2 people, size 5mx11m, depth 0.80 to 1.90 at the deepest, salt, secured by a dome, from the beginning of May to the end of September. From the Domaine d'Eynardou, you can make unforgettable visits to the Périgord, near Bergerac, on the road of the Vineyards and Bastides (Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier, Lalinde...) or continue your escapades to the medieval city of Sarlat via the Dordogne Valley and its castles (Les Milandes, Beynac, Castelnaud...). You can also stroll along the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites to the International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac. A visit to the remarkable gardens such as Marqueyssac and Eyrignac will not fail to fascinate you.
