This large studio with a beautiful surface area of 40 m² and a capacity of 6 people is ideal for a peaceful stay in the mountains.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with plenty of storage space leading to the sleeping area on one side and the bathroom and separate toilet on the other.
You will appreciate the large living space with a fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. and the lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed and television for your relaxing evenings.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80 x 190 cm) available in the sleeping area, a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
You will find yourself just above the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence and therefore just a few steps from the shops, restaurants and various activities offered by the resort.
You will also benefit from a private ski locker to store your skiing equipment and unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool, its sauna cabins as well as the fitness area (available during the winter and summer seasons).
