This 48 m² 3-room apartment is located on the heights of Les Orres 1800 and benefits from free access to the heated indoor swimming pool of its residence.
Facing south, it has a large balcony and offers a magnificent view of the exterior of the resort, La Mazelière and its valley.
It is located on level 1 of its building, accessible by elevator or stairs.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a sleeping area, separate WC, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a large balcony.
For sleeping, you will have a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 160x190cm double bed in the bedroom which has an adjoining bathroom, two 80x190cm single beds in the second, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the sleeping area, for a capacity of 8 people.
You will be located around fifty meters from the ski lift ticket offices, around 250 meters from the main square and its shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.), and around 200 meters from the slope departures.
You will also be a few hundred meters from hiking trails.
