Located in the Hauts de Préclaux residence building, this superb apartment in Les Orres was completely renovated in the fall of 2023 and offers all the mountain-inspired decor you could wish for. With a surface area of 35 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people.
In its pleasant living room, you can enjoy a lounge area with television and electric fireplace for relaxing evenings by the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fondue and raclette machine. The balcony, facing northwest, is equipped with garden furniture and offers you a view of the main square of Les Orres.
On the sleeping side, you will have a mountain corner with a bunk bed with two single beds and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190). You will also have a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
This accommodation is ideally located less than 50 meters from the slopes and all amenities: supermarket, restaurants, equipment rental, souvenir shop and local products.
You will have a private ski locker to store your skiing equipment.
In addition, you will also benefit from direct access by elevator to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, as well as its sauna and fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
