Located in Paris, this welcoming basement apartment is perfectly equipped to accommodate families or groups.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room and a large living room with television.
Basement: 1 sofa bed in a windowless room and a bathroom (shower + toilet, bathtub not usable).
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, high chair.
The neighborhood is ideal: shops are nearby (Monoprix 5 minutes away, Picard 4 minutes away), and Invalides is a 20-minute walk away. With excellent transport links, you can easily explore all of Paris.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, Ecole Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
