ArrayI welcome you to my magnificent house with a large garden located in Talence on the edge of the Nansouty district of Bordeaux (near the train station). Charming and bright, it will seduce you for a business or tourist stay and can accommodate up to 9 people.

Located in Talence, the accommodation is carefully decorated in a cozy and vintage atmosphere.
Ideal for 9 travelers and a baby, it is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each,
- 1 bedroom with single bed,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with double bed and 2 single beds,
- 1 travel cot,
A beautiful living area with a comfortable sofa, a dining room in a VERANDA, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a shower room will also be accessible to you.
The house also has a BALCONY, two TERRACES and a GARDEN which will be very popular in summer to relax during your sunny days.
During your stay you will have at your disposal: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Fan, Barbecue.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to the Nansouty district and is only a few minutes by car from Bordeaux Center, Bordeaux Lac and the Lac beach which will be a destination not to be missed in summer. You will also be able to access emblematic places such as the Place des Quinconces, the Parc Bordelais, the Musée d'Aquitaine, the Place de la Bourse, the Cité du Vin and the Château de Peixotto.
The quays are just a few minutes' drive away, so you can enjoy a stroll along the Garonne and discover the charms of Bordeaux.
Bars, shops, and restaurants are located nearby. Place Nansouty is 5 minutes away, with a grocery store, Carrefour City and market, greengrocer, cheese shop, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, and delicatessen.

Talence is a commune bordering Bordeaux and boasting numerous green spaces, such as Parc Margaut, Parc Curval, and Parc Peixotto. It is a vibrant town with a large number of shops. It is the fourth largest city in the Gironde department. Talence is home to the University of Bordeaux's College of Science and Technology, as well as numerous higher education institutions. Staying in this town will give you the opportunity to visit various châteaux: the Peixotto château; the Château du Prince Noir; Château Margaut; and Château Raba. Talence is also very well-endowed in terms of culture, with media libraries, performance halls, and an Arts and Culture Forum.
