Divisible studio in good condition, with a surface area of approximately 24m², equipped for 4 people, east facing with balcony on the 3rd half-level.
Kitchen in the entrance: 2 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combination microwave oven, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, fondue set, raclette machine and washing machine.
Living room can be divided with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, DEV/Blu-ray player on one side and a trundle bed for 2 people and 1 single bed on the other.
Bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
