Beautiful spacious and bright F2 type apartment, refurbished, it is equipped for 4 people, including a living room with 1 sofa bed (140), kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm, shower room with washing machine, separate toilet, superb terrace of 45m² with beautiful open view. Air conditioning
A private garage is at your disposal.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
