HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator, in a quiet and well-maintained residence.
The entrance leads to a bright living room comprising a lounge with a large sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.
A bay window gives access to the terrace, with sea view and an outdoor dining area.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a smart TV. It also opens onto the terrace.
A second bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) also with direct access to the outside.
The shower room includes a toilet, a sink and a washing machine.
The whole place is air-conditioned and designed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located in the Palm Beach district, at the eastern end of Cannes, in a quiet residential area, highly prized for its tranquility and its immediate proximity to the sea.
- Mouré Rouge Beach: 4 minutes walk. Family-friendly sandy beach with views of the Lérins Islands, seaside restaurants nearby
- Gazagnaire Beach and Bijou Beach: 2 minutes walk. Long, fine sandy beach, ideal for swimming and walking.
- Port du Mouré Rouge and Port Canto: 5 minutes on foot. Small, typical port for watching boats or going on a nautical excursion
- Boulevard de la Croisette: accessible in 5 minutes on foot. This iconic avenue runs along the sea to the center of Cannes, lined with palaces, luxury boutiques, and private beaches.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
