1 – Its location is simply ideal. Everything is within walking distance, you are in the center of everything and you can access anywhere in the city.
A 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and 5 from the beach (the nearest).
Nearby is Rue d'Antibes, a legendary street with its many boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the Croisette and its beaches and countless nearby restaurants. The shuttle to Nice Airport is just 3 minutes away from the City Hall.
2 – Its environment: Live in the heart of the real Cannes at the rhythm of its inhabitants! Our Studio is located next to the Marché Forville, the legendary Provençal market of Cannes where local producers come to sell their magnificent products, in the morning from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays, a flea market takes place during the day. It's an atmosphere like no other in Cannes, a place where Cannes residents and residents of neighboring towns meet, for the time of the market and a break in the many cafes and wine bars.
3 – Its style: We renovated it in a refined style. Everything in this space is designed for your comfort, including a lounge area, a work area, a kitchen area, a sleeping area, and a bathroom. Bright and not overlooked, its balcony is perfect for dining with up to 4 people.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The keys will be handed over in person; an inventory will be carried out to answer any questions!

Rue Meynadier is Cannes' popular and historic shopping street. Pedestrianized from end to end, it's home to some of Cannes' best gourmet restaurants. Just a few meters from the Forville Market, the Allées de la Liberté, and the Old Port, it attracts crowds of onlookers every day.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes, known for its many boutiques
- The street for its cafes and restaurants
- The Golden Square district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, snack and souvenir kiosks as well as its artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
Bus and SNCF station 10 min walk away.
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes/Croisette).

Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
