This 52 m2 apartment, designed for 4 people, will offer you a comfortable and equipped space as well as a sunny terrace, all in a quiet and secure residence.

This room provides direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture and a dining table. Equipped with an electric awning, you'll enjoy shaded moments even in the bright sunshine.
This apartment also offers two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), built-in closets, and flat-screen TVs. One of the bedrooms has an office space for added comfort.
A shower room with toilet completes the space.

Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you will enjoy being:
- 2 minutes from a supermarket.
- 6 minutes from the southern beaches.
- 6 minutes from Le Suquet, where you can enjoy a stroll through the historic district of the city, admire a panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes, and visit the artists' Suquet.
- 15 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals.
You will also benefit from faster and less congested access to the highway at the edge of town.

For parking, you will benefit from the residence's shared and private parking.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
