Welcome to our charming 3-room apartment, approximately 70m², located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Upon arrival, an entrance hall leads to a welcoming living/dining room, furnished with a sofa bed and a television for relaxing moments.
The fully equipped kitchen is a real asset, including a washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker, and kettle. You can easily prepare your meals and enjoy the convivial atmosphere of the space.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm) and the other with either two single beds (90x190 cm) or one double bed (160x190 cm), offering flexible accommodation to suit your needs.
