HOUSING
The living space includes 3 areas:
- A comfortable living room with Smart TV
- A dining area for 6 people
This room opens onto the famous terrace, furnished with a high table designed for four, a relaxation area (garden furniture), and a huge armchair. A view of the pool, sea, and Lérins Islands also awaits you.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included).
The bedroom, adjoining the living room, separated by a sliding door, offers you a king size bed (180cm) as well as a small storage chest of drawers.
The second, larger, is equipped with a king size bed (180cm) also, an en-suite bathroom and a large closet.
Another dressing room is available in the hallway.
A second shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
From the residence you can, as you wish, and in less than a few minutes:
- Go to the southern beaches and try to find a place for your parasol (5 min)
- Go to the beaches of La Croisette and try to find a deckchair (8/9 minutes)
- Stroll the streets of Le Suquet, order a fillet of red mullet Beija Fior and stock up on postcards and tiny, very, very expensive souvenirs. (5 min)
- Use your imagination while exploring the city center on foot
- You will also have easy access to Cannes La Bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
