HOUSING
Outside the house, you will enjoy a shaded terrace and dining area for 8 people and a very pretty swimming pool with deckchairs, all without vis-à-vis and in the heart of a small one-way street.
The house is built on two floors and tastefully furnished and decorated.
On the ground floor you will benefit from a perfectly equipped summer kitchen.
You will also find three bedrooms arranged as follows:
- The bedroom overlooking the pool area with a double bed and storage
- The second with a large double bed and a closet
- The third bedroom, children's room, with a double bed and an extra bed, stuffed animals and toys
An office space completes the space on this floor.
On the upper level, you will enjoy a master bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), an en-suite shower room (WC included), some storage space and a wardrobe.
A comfortable living room, a dining area for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included) complete the space on this level.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
In addition to being less than a 5-minute walk from the center, you'll be less than a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès and 10 from the beaches. You'll therefore be able to easily discover the city's best restaurants and bars... and the famous Rue d'Antibes.
But, in addition to the dolce vita in Cannes, you can, by car this time:
- Take a trip to Golfe Juan to discover its beaches and salad bars in less than 15 minutes.
- Go see the orcas at Marineland in Antibes in less than 30 minutes.
- Go eat some socca or Niçoise salad in Nice in 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic
