Ideally located just 2 km from the Palais des Festivals, it features a large flat garden and a private heated swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay on the French Riviera.

This spacious 330 sqm property is composed of a main villa and an independent annex, offering generous living areas and highly valued privacy for large families or groups of friends. The main villa and its annex are mostly air-conditioned.
The main villa offers a large, welcoming living and dining area (not air-conditioned), along with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available to make your stay even more comfortable.

The fully air-conditioned annex, complete with its own living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, provides complete independence, perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

The sleeping area, distributed between the main villa and the annex, accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 separate, air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

Master Suite (Upper floor): 180 cm double bed, full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, partial sea view, access to the garden.
Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): Two single beds (2 x 90 cm, can be joined), en-suite bathroom with WC.
