Within a secure private domain, in a green setting which guarantees calm and privacy, this pretty house has everything you need for a pleasant stay between beach and countryside: a covered terrace for lunch facing the hills, a pétanque court to enjoy with friends or family and a beautiful swimming pool to refresh and relax.
The superb sandy beaches of Argentière, Cabasson and Estagnol are just a few minutes away.
The start of the Valcros Golf course is 5 minutes away.
The house: approximately 135 m2 with private swimming pool, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the ground floor: a living/dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed (180*200), a bathroom with WC, a shower room with WC, a laundry area and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture.
Upstairs: a bedroom with bunk beds (90+140).
Private swimming pool (8*4 m/Max depth: 1.5 to 2.5 m) with child protection by roller shutter.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi via 4G key, air conditioning, several terraces with garden furniture, parking for 2 or 3 cars within the house, private swimming pool, gas plancha.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1600 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €160.
