Magnificent 150 square meter accommodation located in Fréjus.
ArrayIt can accommodate up to 12 people.
Sea access 3 minutes away, with access to the "customs path" by the sea.

The accommodation includes:
- a living room opening onto a terrace, with a 5-meter sliding window and an unobstructed view of the sea;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room and two bathrooms
- and six bedrooms with sea view, three bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and one bedroom with four single beds.
Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
You will also have:
- a swimming pool with beach (pool heating service is available at an additional cost);
- a 70m² covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people, a 20m² roof terrace and a 30m² garden terrace. The three terraces offer a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea;
- parking for 2 - 4 cars
- and a pétanque court.
The accommodation is located:
- 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from private beaches;
- close to sailing clubs (accessible on foot and by car)
- and close to Sainte-Maxime, Saint Tropez and Saint Raphaël (car, or sea shuttle from Saint Aygulf or Sainte Maxime).

Fréjus is a seaside resort and tourist destination on the French Riviera. It has also been designated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 BC to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with numerous events in the summer).
