I am pleased to welcome you to my pretty 45 square meter house with garden, located in Fréjus.
It is perfect for holidays with family or friends and can accommodate 4 people.
You will stay a 6-minute drive from the city center and 11 minutes from the beach.

My house is warm, bright and very well equipped; it will be perfect for a tourist stay!
Able to accommodate 4 people, it is composed of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds; a very clean shower room; a fully equipped kitchen; and a cozy living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Barbecue (unavailable until 06/31/24), Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a pretty wooded garden, where you can enjoy your aperitifs in peace; and the residence has a pleasant swimming pool which will be very popular on beautiful sunny days!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The city center is a 6-minute drive away, where you will find everything you might need (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.).
For your daily shopping, you will find a Spar a 1-minute walk away.
Visit the must-see attractions of Fréjus such as: Its beaches (11 minutes by car), Its Arenas (9 minutes), its Zoological Park (12 minutes) and Notre-Dame and Saint-Léonce Cathedral (7 minutes).
You can also visit other fun and popular places such as Aqualand (11 minutes by car) and Luna Park (11 minutes).
As for the most beautiful beaches, Saint-Aygulf Beach, Esclamandes Beach and Vieillat Beach are respectively 13 minutes, 16 minutes and 14 minutes away by car.
You can also go on an adventure and visit: Saint-Raphaël, which is a 12-minute drive away, where you can discover: The Estérel trail, the Île d'Or, the Old Port, the Calanque de Saint-Barthélemy, etc.; and Sainte-Maxime, which is a 33-minute drive away, where you can visit: Its port, Nartelle beach, La pointe des sardinaux, etc.

Fréjus is a seaside resort and tourist destination on the French Riviera. It has also been designated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 BC to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles.
