Its privileged location allows you to fully enjoy the authenticity of Erquy: stroll through the narrow streets of the village, discover the local markets, and reach the fine sandy beaches on foot for moments of swimming.
This family home welcomes you with the following services:
- A large, welcoming living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can accommodate up to 5 people;
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: sink, induction hob (4 burners), extractor fan, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A bedroom equipped with a standard double bed (140x190 cm);
- A second bedroom, similar to the , with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm);
