Come stay in this small waterfront house, offering immediate access to Caroual Beach. The house has shared access with the owners' property, with no overlooking views, and a parking space.
You will appreciate the direct access to Caroual beach (last house before the beach) and the sea view from one of the bedrooms.
- Living room area with sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV;
- A kitchen open to the rest of the living room, fully equipped with: oven, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sink, fridge-freezer;
- Dining area with dining table for 6 people;
- A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine;

Upstairs:
- A bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) with duvet and pillows;
