Come stay in this characterful house, ideal for family getaways. This house, which can accommodate four guests, enjoys almost immediate access to Erquy's large beach, as well as all its amenities, restaurants, shops, and attractions (during the summer).
This house with garden offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A lounge area with sofa, armchairs and television;
- A dining area with a dining table for 4 people with access to the small terrace at the front of the house;
- An open kitchen with: sink, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, raclette machine, mixer and electric blender;
- A bedroom equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160x200cm) with duvet and pillows;
- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a sink;
Upstairs:
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200cm) with duvet, pillows and a water point with WC and sink;
Veranda with sunbathing area and deck chairs.
Parking possible in the courtyard of the house (2 vehicles).
