Welcome to La Villa Azura 🌊, an elegant new 160 m² architect-designed villa nestled on the heights of Trouville-sur-Mer in the immediate vicinity of the Hennequeville manor.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 travelers, it consists of:
🔸4 spacious bedrooms with tasteful decoration (2 bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds 160x200cm with adjoining shower room, and 2 equipped with two single beds 90x200cm);
🔸3 modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub for those who love a bubble bath at the end of the day);
🔸1 bright living room with a quality sofa bed, UHD Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. (if it rains, we have plan B);
🔸1 large, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the equipment needed to make delicious meals);
🔸1 friendly dining room that can accommodate 10 people for warm dinners with family or friends.
🌅 Outside, you can enjoy a small, wooded garden, a private swimming pool, comfortable garden furniture, and a wooden terrace ideal for your summer aperitifs. All in a soothing atmosphere. Sun not guaranteed, but relaxation is guaranteed!
🚗 A private garage is also available.

⚠️ Breakfast not included. A chef is available (upon prior request and reservation only).
📍 The house is located a few minutes by car from the center of Trouville, its beaches, its restaurants, and the train station.
🚦 On foot (for the more adventurous): you can reach the beach in 20 minutes and the town center in 15 minutes (it is preferable to have a vehicle given its location on the heights of Trouville).
The villa has a private garage and parking outside is easy.

Nestled on the heights of Trouville-sur-Mer, a few steps from the Hennequeville manor, you will stay in a peaceful, green and popular setting, away from the tourist hustle and bustle while remaining close by car to points of interest:
- 5 min from the center of Trouville
- 7 min from the beaches
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in is possible until 10 p.m. (€20 supplement). After 10:30 p.m.: €50.
- Late check-out possible on request (subject to availability).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Arrival after 10 p.m. not possible, unless a solution is agreed upon together.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the area:
- Noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- No festive events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Our animal friends are not accepted.
- In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental contract and to withhold all or part of the deposit.
