Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, our charming home can accommodate up to six guests. You'll be captivated by the rooms' decor, reminiscent of the famous Hôtel Normandy in Deauville, as well as its private outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the rays of the Normandy sun.
It is composed of:
- On the ground floor: A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining/living room area (with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the equipment needed to cook delicious meals).
- On the 1st floor: a beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x200cm, a storage space and a small desk/work desk. You will also find a very beautiful bathroom equipped with a large "Italian" type shower as well as a magnificent independent bathtub.
- On the 2nd floor: 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with quality 140x200cm bedding and wardrobes, as well as a small additional shower room.
- On the 3rd floor: a workspace equipped with a desk for travelers wishing to work remotely in peace. This space can also be used as a playroom for your children.
The house is arranged on 3 levels with a staircase without an elevator.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Trouville while being peaceful and less than 15 minutes' walk from the beach.
For parking, depending on the season, you can easily park your vehicle near the house. Public parking is also located nearby.
Free access to bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. A travel cot can be provided (upon request and subject to availability).
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The house is ideally located in a quiet area, not far from shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from the train station on foot.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
