This dual-aspect apartment is located on the 1st floor of the "Boulevard Martinique" Residence in Cap Coudalère.
It consists of a living room with a large kitchen open to the living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms each with a shower room and WC.
A large terrace will allow you to enjoy good times in complete relaxation; you will have a superb view of the Marina, the Salses-Leucate pond and the Canigou, snow-covered or not, depending on the season.
Well renovated, the apartment has all the necessary comforts for a wonderful vacation.
With this apartment, you will have 2 parking spaces at the rear of the residence.
ANIMALS NOT ACCEPTED
In 1 minute on foot, you can reach Place de la Martinique.
At your disposal are a bakery/sandwich shop, a tobacconist/newsagent, a laundromat, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, and a Carrefour Express.
Markets, concerts and shows also bring the square to life in season.

Your rental gives you access to the following equipment:
- an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabike during the summer season and finally a water playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband, which you will receive upon arrival. The small pool is open from April to October.
