It is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi, roller shutters on all windows and a private parking space.
It is located on Boulevard PALMYRA, in Coudalère and offers you not only a view of the small marina but also a view of the Salses-Leucate pond and the Corbières thanks to two beautiful terraces.
The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen adjoining the living room/lounge and the living room opens onto a beautiful terrace.
2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet complete the whole.
One of the two bedrooms has a ceiling fan.
