Single-story cottage, you will access the living room with a fully equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, mini oven, microwave...), a dining area, a lounge area with a large sofa, a TV, wifi. A beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Then a dressing area with a dressing table and a bathroom with an 80x80 cm shower, a sink and a toilet. Outside you will have garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue under an arbour.
Access to a swimming pool shared with another gîte (24G10693) and the owners, measuring 12mx4m with a progressive depth up to 2m, chlorine-based, open from April to October, secured by an alarm. The estate includes an unfenced plot of approximately 1 hectare. Possibility of unloading your belongings in front of the gîte, then private parking for cars 50m away. Washing machine shared with another gîte in an outside room.

The cottage is only open from June to the end of September as there is no heating. It is also an ideal starting point for hiking, canoeing, or cultural visits. This cottage seduces with its strategic location to fully enjoy the tourist riches of the Dordogne.
