On the ground floor, an open-plan fitted kitchen with dining area, then a living room with sofa, armchair, TV and wood-burning stove. On the same level, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, a small office on the landing, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its adjoining shower room, then another bedroom with a 160 cm bed, adjoining shower room and private terrace. In front of the gîte: shaded terrace with table, benches and barbecue. Access to a swimming pool shared with another gîte (24G10369) and the owners, measuring 12x4m, with a progressive depth up to 2m, chlorine, secured by an alarm, open from April to October. The estate includes an unfenced plot of land of approximately 1 hectare with for the youngest: swing and slide. Possibility of unloading your belongings in front of the gîte, then private parking for cars 20m away. Washing machine shared with another gîte in an outside room.

Nearby, explore the castles of Castelnaud and Beynac, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the fortified town of Domme, the Château des Milandes (former home of Joséphine Baker), the banks of the Dordogne, or Sarlat, a medieval gem of the Périgord Noir. It is also an ideal starting point for hiking, canoeing, and cultural visits. Ideally located, this cottage offers a beautiful balance between relaxation and cultural discoveries.
