Magnificent 27 square meter studio located in Courseulles-sur-Mer.
ArrayIt will be perfect for a romantic getaway.
There are restaurants nearby.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Television, DVD player, Google Home, Iron, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
The accommodation also has an electric griddle and an oil-free fryer. A blender is also available.
The kitchen faucet has a filtered water fountain (new filter);
The shower cabin is also equipped with water jets;
The balcony can accommodate a couple to eat and enjoy the sunsets!
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The studio is located:
- 300 m from the Fish Market (every day);
- 400 m from the beach (wild coast with dunes)
- 500 m from the town center and its shops;
- proximity to the Arromanches Museum;
- close to Bayeux (with its cathedral and its very dynamic commercial life as well as Guillaume, an excellent pastry chef).
Here are some good addresses to recommend:
- Benoist Island Restaurant;
- Hotel Restaurant La Crémaillère (safe bet);
- Juno Beach Centre (with German bunker);
- Maison Vivier in Asnelles-Meuvaines (we love its oysters);
- Daubert fishmonger (open even quite late in the evening).
There is a very nice beach bar 1 km away (towards Bernières-sur-Mer). The market is held every Tuesday and Friday morning.
