The apartment includes a large entrance hall with two bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a furnished loggia offering a view of the Landes forest. An electric plancha is available on the terrace!
Enjoy the residence's two shared swimming pools, one of which is heated, which will be very popular in the summer months, to relax and sunbathe! Children's bodysurfing will also be available on the terrace for fun on the nearby beaches and why not inspire a desire to take up surfing!
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, it is a Pierre&Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are chargeable, contact reception who will give you the program of these.

Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The city center is also a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket a 5-minute drive away in the central beach area, as well as a large U Express in the center of Moliets.
The location of the apartment allows you to discover and visit: the 2 beaches of Moliets which are 10 minutes away by bike and the Moliets pond and the Adrenaline Park 2 minutes away by car or barely 10 minutes away by bike! The accommodation is located in the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty.
