In a secure residence with 2 private parking spaces, spacious 95m² pavilion, modern and comfortable, ideal for your stay!
Composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a dining room, a room with home cinema and large convertible corner sofa, a fitted kitchen with snack bar, toilet,
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and a TV, one with a 140cm bed and a final bedroom with a 140cm bed bunked over a 90cm bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. (You can rent them by contacting us at least 4 days before the start of your stay)
Parties are not allowed in this accommodation, we remind you that the rules of respect for the neighborhood are the same everywhere

A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle from Valras-Plage from the various free car parks to the city centre. Bus line E.
